And, it must be said, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND GUESTS REPLACE ALL EQUIPMENT TO ITS SECURE PLACE WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED ENJOYING IT! If you find something in need of repair please let one of the directors know so it can be fixed or replaced. We all know that there will be normal wear and tear on equipment, but we have also been experiencing some vandalizm. This costs us all. If you see someone destroying community property, you are within your rights to stop them. If they are minors, take them home to their parents. |

DOG CONTROLColumere Park is an on-leash area (as is Calgary). Question: I’m having a problem with a dog in my neighborhood. What can I do? Noise from barking dogs falls under the Noise Control Bylaw in all areas of the Regional District. They also provide dog control services in Electoral Area F. If barking dogs are causing you a problem, it may fall under the RDEK Noise Bylaw and the Bylaw Enforcement Officer may be able to help. The Dog Control Officer in Electoral Area F, or a Peace Officer is authorized to seize, impound and detain a dangerous dog in the interest of public safety.
