Community Free Stuff Weekend!

The Good Vibes Network is hosting a Big Garbage Day/Free Exchange Weekend in our community!
This is a great opportunity to declutter, reduce waste, and give items a second life for free.
When: May Long Weekend
How it works:
Place clean, usable items you no longer need at the end of your driveway
Items are FREE (no selling)
Neighbours are welcome to browse and take anything they’d like
Anything not taken by the end of the weekend must be brought back inside
Good items to share:
Furniture, books, toys, household items, décor, garden items, sporting goods, etc.
Please don’t put out:
Broken or unsafe items, chemicals, liquids, hazardous materials, or anything that could be a safety issue.
This is not a garbage dump, everyone is responsible for their own items. Let’s help each other declutter, keep usable items out of the landfill, and maybe meet a few neighbours along the way!

Who says Halloween only happens in October? 👻Join The Good Vibes Network for Hot Halloween, a summer twist on a fall favourite, right here in our lake community!
🗓 Date: Saturday, July 25, 2026
📍 Where: Our Community
🕓 Time: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
🎃 What to expect:
Summer friendly costumes (think spooky but sunscreen approved!)
Treats and Halloween fun with a warm weather twist
A great way for kids and families to enjoy Halloween vibes without the cold
👻 Costumes encouraged for all ages! Be creative: swimsuits, sandals, superhero, ghouls, tropical witches, lake monsters!
If you are participating and want to have some ghouls visit your home, please place a broom, shovel, etc. at the end of your driveway on Saturday, July 25, 2026. Let’s make this a Halloween to remember…in July!
